dilib – Master-Data coordinates both structurally similar and structurally different data sets. Initially, all data is accepted in the format provided by the delivering service or software.
In the next step, this data is processed to create a structure that makes sense and is useful for your company.
Once processed, the data is distributed across the company using dilib – Data-Transfer according to the specified requirements.
If the target systems require a different structure, it is adjusted within the Master Data module beforehand. This process determines, based on existing data attributes, whether the current data has changed according to previously defined specifications. This ensures that unnecessary data transfers are completely avoided.

A customer requests direct data exchange and provides information, orders, and assignments through this method. In most cases, this data need to be adapted to local structures so that internal or external systems can process them. Often, the processing results are sent back to the customer, using the same mechanisms as during the initial data transfer.
Interim updates can be sent back to the customer as requested or made available transparently via a portal. Throughout the process, data security is always ensured: data can only be viewed or modified under strict documentation. The data sovereignty always remains within the company.
This approach has proven highly effective in managing complex orders, leading to easier order processing and greater customer satisfaction.
